As the product is intangible, non-returnable, and instantly accessible, we do not offer any refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase.

2. The Low-Cost Category guide is priced in a low-cost category to make it affordable for learners. All sales are final. We encourage you to review the guide details before making your purchase decision.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• You are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
